Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete bank statement files, ensuring all uploaded data is truthful and legally obtained, and complying with all applicable Chinese tax and accounting laws and regulations.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated bookkeeping and tax calculations should be reviewed by the user before official submission. We are not liable for penalties arising from inaccurate user-provided data.
All AI models, methodologies, and platform technology developed by Wuhan Weilai Yilai Technology Co., Ltd. remain our intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their own financial data.
